2023 Friesian Heritage Horse Dun Zebra Primitive marked filly. Grand daughter to Anne 340 and Zorro. First to greet you in the pasture. Grulla (Dun) Friesian cross15.2 at maturity. Born in the Virginia mountains on 4/28/2023. Friesian Heritage Crossed with several foundational breeds including Aaph and Aqha for an amazing combination of Old world Friesian blood war horse conformation and color. Journey is the granddaughter of Anne 340 (on her 15.3hh dam’s side) and grand daughter of Zorro (on her 15.1hh Sires side.) Expected to mature around 15.2hh. Her smoky black dam was fully health tested and is negative for Hydro, dwarfism and distichiasis. She is not color tested but she is a dun variation which is possible grulla. She is curious, easy going, easy to live with, easy keeper, hardy and would likely excel as a multi purpose horse; but she is also incredibly well put together with an aptitude for dressage. We had the privilege of raising Journey and her full older sister, and of the two she is the MUCH better horse! 

She has been pastured with mares, yearlings, geldings and cows. Level headed. This young Filly is halter broke, leads, ties, stands for grooming, worming, vet, farrier and lunges. She is registered, and is up to date on Coggins, worming, trims, Vaccines and is even permanently identified by Microchip!
